Thank you guys very much. Aside from a few cracked cases, which I expected from shipping and handling, this order came perfectly to specifications. The prints themselves are actually better than I imagined; then add all that to the best price I could find online...

The quality of their product is amazing, always on time if not even early and goes far beyond "getting what you pay for".
But i must say, we hit a small technicality and when i approached them with the issue their great communication and customer service shined through and once again you've made another happy customer!

The artwork looks professional. The CD label turned out fabulous. One of the songs I sent cut off at the end, and the production crew noticed it and was able to warn me before duplicating a couple hundred CD's. I'll do business here again!

This product ended up being more than I even expected, especially at this price point. I'm an independent artist with a very limited budget. After recording, mixing, mastering, photoshoots, ect the last hump is always the manufacturing - which can be another large expense. I liked the various options I was able to choose online (without having to speak to a salesperson) - its almost like Do-It-Yourself but without the hassle of actually having to do it myself!
