| How long does shipping take? |

The shipping time is determined by you when you place your order. Ground shipping generally takes between 1-5 business days. We exclusively ship UPS. You can track your order via the tracking number provided to you. Shipping time is counted in business days and does not include weekends or holidays. The day of the shipment is day 0. Rush shipping is available to you when you place your order at a higher rate. Generally shipping arrives on time but can be delays due to weather and other circumstances beyond the control of UPS. UPS guarantees delivery on some rush delivery services. This guarantee does not include weather. |

| When will my order ship? |

Please see each individual item page for more information on the production time of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Please note that production time starts after all material is received. Production time is counted in business days. This means it does not include weekends or holidays or other business closures. The production time is based on the time you select on your order. Production time does not include shipping time. Please be sure to give yourself enough time for both production and shipping. Our cut off for ordering is 2:00 PM pacific time. All orders placed after 2:00 PM pacific time or that are placed on a weekend, holiday or other business closure will count as the next business day. Production time is not a guarantee. The day of the order is day 0 and next business day is day 1. This means a 5 business day production takes 1 week. |
