| When will my credit be processed? |

If you have canceled an order before processing we will credit your card. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your cancellation to process. Any additional time is due to your financial institution. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

All products are custom made. When you place your order that requires us to also ensure we stock enough supplies to meet the needs of all our clients. We order supplies daily and your order is calculated into replacement of product we have on hand. Additionally manual labor and machine time is used to produce your custom CDs and printing. For this reason we immediately charge your card. If you choose to cancel your order prior to any actual setup or production has started, a full refund will be provided. Once production has started any time spent or materials used will be charged and subtracted from the refund. |
