| Why is your support through email and not the phone? |

CD Poster Shop provides high quality CD Duplication at a low price. The cost for the materials is the same or in many cases more for us than most of our competitors. This means we make less on every order than say a Discmakers or Oasis. While we make less we do not sacrifice quality, in face we perform a quality check on all artwork to ensure everything is right.
How do we do this and still stay in business? We do this by not paying sales people, call centers or customer services agents to support the orders over the phone. This removes an entire layer of space, employee and administrative costs. These savings mean we can charge less, and that is what we do. When you are getting internet support, it is happening from our production staff. These are the people that are working hands on with your CDs and project.
We feel this is the smart way to buy. We understand this is not for everyone. For a person that wants to have contact via the phone, then we obviously are not the right choice. We understand that. However for the customer that wants to save money, especially those experienced in producing CDs, we believe we are the best choice and value on the internet today. |
