Order Status
Has my order shipped?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
 
Please note that production time starts after all material is received. Production time is counted in business days. This means it does not include weekends or holidays or other business closures. The production time is based on the time you select on your order. Production time does not include shipping time. Please be sure to give yourself enough time for both production and shipping. Our cut off for ordering is 2:00 PM pacific time. All orders placed after 2:00 PM pacific time or that are placed on a weekend, holiday or other business closure will count as the next business day. Production time is not a guarantee. The day of the order is day 0 and next business day is day 1. This means a 5 business day production takes 1 week.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. When your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you via Quantum Ship. All packages are shipped via UPS.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. We will file a claim with UPS. If UPS honors the claim we will reproduce your CDs and ship them out. All packages are insured and tracked via UPS, a reliable delivery service.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
